We must be contacted within 12 hour of purchase, if you would like to cancel your order. Cancellations of orders are not permitted if the item has been dispatched. If we're notified within the 12 hour window, we are happy to refund the amount, less the processing fee's charged through our payment systems. 

 

If we are notified after 12 hours, you'll be offered store credit for the amount paid - whether this be for the full amount of a deposit payment. For any custom orders, these cannot be refunded and you cannot receive a store credit for these.
